Are you talking about a sore inside the mouth or outside? If its outside, tea tree oil works wonders. It will clear it up in about 5-7 days. You can get it at any drug store in the vitamine isle, and sometimes at local grocery stores. Walmart is also a place to get it.

Home remedies have never worked for me, but I got a prescription for Acyclovir from the doctor that works better than you can even imagine. It’s for genital herpes, but it works for oral herpes as well.
